Grapefruit Rosemary Refresher - Eau Claire Distillery

Ingredients

2 oz

Flourish Gin

3 oz

Fresh grapefruit juice

1 oz

Rosemary simple syrup

Soda water

Garnish

Rosemary sprig, grapefruit wedge

Instructions

Shake

Combine first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to combine.

Pour

Pour in to a Collins glass filled with ice, top with soda.

Garnish with rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge.
