Prosecco

Simple syrup

Dash

Lemon juice

Garnish

Instructions

Shake

Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled, about 20 seconds.

Strain

Strain liquid into flute glasses.

Top with prosecco and garnish with lemon twist.
