Three Point Vodka
0.5 oz
Aperol
1.5 oz
Apple Syrup
0.5 oz
Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Instructions
Shake this cocktail and serve neat in a martini style glass or coupe. You can serve this drink over ice if you prefer. Garnish with a thin slice of apple on the rim.
Extras
APPLE SYRUP:
500ml diced up apple slices
(we prefer mackintosh)
500ml sugar
500ml water
Cooked in a pot at a medium temperature for 15 mins and occasionally stir. Use the same procedure for the strawberry simple syrup.
